As the Senior Manager, Development Operations, Lucille supports Read Ahead’s fundraising, donor stewardship, and resource management with data-informed strategies and streamlined workflows. She strongly believes in the transformative power of education and its role in creating a more just and equitable world.

Lucille is also deeply passionate about her volunteer commitment as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), which enables her to serve as an advocate in foster care youth cases on behalf of NYC Family Court.

Lucille graduated with a BSc in Economics from University College London.
