Lucia is an experienced leader with a diverse background in nonprofit management, education, and program development. With a background in leading large-scale educational programs and building strategic partnerships in settings ranging from the startup space to public higher education, Lucia is dedicated to fostering growth, continuous improvement, and inclusivity in diverse settings.

As Chief of Staff, Lucia leads finance, HR, and operations functions, driving organizational strategies to support staff engagement, fiscal health, streamlined operations, and organizational impact.

Lucia holds a Master’s degree in Urban Education Policy from Brown University and a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of San Diego. When she’s not working, you can find her cheering on the Red Sox or taking an afternoon hike with her husband and dog (preferably close to a local brewery).
