Lauriane Dietrichs

Senior Manager, Individual Giving & Events

Over the past eight years, Lauriane has supported small organizations by enhancing their marketing, event management, and fundraising strategies. Recently, she has served as a Program and Communications Manager for Confluence Philanthropy, a member-based organization, where she has contributed significantly to the organization’s goals.

Since 2018, she has been an active volunteer at oikos, an international organization that empowers students to become agents of change for the environment at their universities. After 2 years in the fundraising working group focusing on kickstarting their crowdfunding efforts, Lauriane was elected as a board member in 2023. During her term on the board, Lauriane focused on developing impactful communication strategies to promote oikos’ programs. She is currently in the alumni relations working group, where she organizes events for the oikos community, such as career days.

A lifelong animal lover, Lauriane has also been involved with animal protection organizations and currently volunteers at her local Animal Care Center.

Lauriane graduated with a BBA in Digital Marketing and an MSc in Creative Business and Social Innovation from EDHEC Business School in France. She is passionate about personal growth, learning new languages, traveling, and, above all, music.
