Read Ahead Mentor Information Sessions
Fall 2024
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Read Ahead mentor! This fall, we are hosting a series of info sessions about our 2024-25 program. If you’re interested in learning more about becoming a mentor, what to expect during the school year, or have questions that aren’t covered on our FAQ page, joining us for one of these sessions is a great way to get all of your questions answered.
Information sessions are primarily geared toward prospective new mentors, however returning mentors are also welcome to attend. Please note that joining an info session is not required to volunteer with Read Ahead, and all mentors will have the opportunity to participate in an orientation session before program begins.
Info sessions will take place over Zoom, and be hosted live by Read Ahead staff members. The main presentation will take approximately 20-30 minutes, with additional time for Q&A.
