#GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: to make giving more central in daily life by creating a day that encourages people to do good. Every year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, people give back with acts of kindness and gifts of time, talent, and treasure. A decade later, #GivingTuesday has grown into a global movement, raising billions of dollars in the U.S. alone and inspiring campaigns in more than 75 countries.

There are three ways to support Read Ahead this #GivingTuesday

1. Join our campaign! You can sign up to become a fundraiser here. Sign up as an individual, or rally your friends, family, or colleagues to form a team. All the resources you need to get started are included below.
2. Make a donation! Every dollar raised helps ensure that Read Ahead can continue our important work in NYC schools. Donate here.
