Kristen Baldwin brings 12 years of experience in the nonprofit sector to her role as Executive Director. In past positions, she honed her skills in leadership development, managing high-performing teams, fundraising, and program and partnership development at leading high-impact organizations serving New York City public schools and students.

She was previously Chief Operating Officer at Read Ahead, very successfully managing staff and operations during a time of leadership transition.

Kristen holds a BA in Political Science and Classical Humanities from The George Washington University and an MS in Political Theory from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
